He called us back the day after our initial meeting after driving a good distance to check out our location, a sign of real interest and desire to handle our job that no one else had bothered to do. After meeting again and working up some designs we were ready to start. He not only had offered us the best customer service and technical expertise so far but his price came out to be the most aggressive as well. Chase gave us a firm timeframe and a detailed calendar of when to expect each phase of construction to be completed. Not only was all work done within the timeframe he told us, he also added some of our requests that came up later without any extra charge. After completion, he and his crew came back to help us with decorating and final touches. He still stays in touch and visits our shop frequently. “Albany Studio (Chase specifically) was referred to me in early October. I had interviewed several contractors to ‘gut’’, clean, remediate for mild, and totally reconstruct 2500 square feet (floor to ceiling) after Harvey. I stopped interviewing after meeting Chase and hired him and Albany Studio.He is incredibly professional, organized, detail oriented, and a great service to value ratio.We made a plan, he finished on time. Starting with the floorplan he designed, we worked together to get exactly what I wanted. I trusted him to pick finishes, hardware, and paint color placement. We did the entire reconstruct long distance. I spent a couple of weeks in Houston at the end of the job, met everyone, supervised the finishing details and punch list. He does what he says he will do and when he says he will. This sadly, is not easy to find in a contractor these days. And very importantly, there were no overcharges.
